I am a licensed social worker (LSW).  I specialize in trauma focused therapy for ages 2 and up, all genders, and identities.

I graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with my masters degree in social work in 2019.  I had the opportunity to work home based as a licensed therapist, where I was fortunate enough to work with children and families involved within the DCS system. Through this experience, I gained knowledge and skills to help those struggling with ADHD, ADD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, domestic violence, and more. I also have a background working at the YWCA domestic violence/homeless shelter and at Optimal Rhythms with students and families who are impacted by autism.

I enjoy using fun, interactive, and creative techniques in therapy; with a combination of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and sand tray. Utilizing these techniques allows children, adults and families to work through not only the stressors in their life, but also to gain a better understanding of the stressors. I love to use music and rhythm in my practice wherever I can find the opportunity to do so. Have a favorite song? Feel free to share it with me and we can incorporate into your therapy sessions!

My goal is to help my clients understand and grow into their best self, achieve their goals, and to develop appreciation and love for themselves while providing a safe and welcoming space to heal.

I am currently accepting children aged 2 and up-including adults.
